Dự án The Manor Lào Cai là khu đô thị phức hợp tọa lạc tại đường Trần Hưng Đạo Thành phố Lào Cai. Công ty Cổ Phần Thiết bị Xây dựng G18 được lựa chọn là nhà cung cấp thiết bị giàn giáo H và Xà gồ cho Tổng thầu thi công: Công ty Cổ phần Xây dựng GM, một trong tổng thầu uy tín tại Việt Nam về thi công xây dựng dân dụng và công nghiệp.

he Manor Lào Cai có tổng diện tích 14,3 ha được phân làm 2 khu: khu phức hợp căn hộ cao cấp, văn phòng, khách sạn 5 sao, trung tâm thương mại – giải trí và khu biệt thự, nhà liền kề. Đây là một trong những dự án được Chủ đầu tư Bitexco kỳ vọng sẽ trở thành điểm sáng phía Tây Bắc Bộ, mang đến một khu Thương mại và dân cư sang trọng, nơi cư dân có thể tận hưởng cuộc sống thượng lưu như tại một khu resort 5 sao đẳng cấp.

Tổng thầu GM và nhà cung cấp G18 đã đưa ra các biện pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp, tối ưu nhất trong quá trình thi công tại dự án. Các thiết bị giàn giáo H, Xà gồ của Công ty G18 lắp dựng tại công trình được kiểm định, kiểm tra chặt chẽ đáp ứng đủ tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng, an toàn, tiến độ với khối lượng dự kiến lên đến 600 tấn.
