Chi tiết dự án

Sea Stars Hotel Hạ Long được xây dựng trên khu đất rộng 4.856m2, tổng diện tích xây dựng 51.700m2 với quy mô 29 tầng nổi và 2 tầng hầm, chiều cao công trình lên tới 132m. Với hình dáng kiến trúc con tàu vươn ra khơi, Sea Stars Hotel Hạ Long hòa hợp cảnh quan tự nhiên xung quanh. Ngoài ra, dự án có trên 360 phòng nghỉ dưỡng diện tích từ 40m2 – 120m2 / phòng, đặc biệt là President Room tại tầng 27 với diện tích lên đến 500m2.

Phối cảnh dự án

Coteccons Group là tổng thầu thiết kế và thi công (D&B) của  dự án với tổng giá trị gói thầu 1.300 tỷ đồng, dự kiến sẽ bàn giao công trình cho Chủ đầu tư vào cuối năm 2020 để đưa vào hoạt động quý I/2021.

Thi công dự án

Cùng với dự án Sea Stars, tính đến nay, Coteccons Group đang triển khai cùng lúc 5 dự án tại thành phố Hạ Long. Việc liên tục triển khai các dự án đã khẳng định uy tín, thương hiệu của Coteccons với các Chủ đầu tư tại đây. Sea stars Hotel Hạ Long kỳ vọng trở thành một kiệt tác kiến trúc mới góp phần vào sự phát triển hơn nữa của Thành phố du lịch Hạ Long.
