Tiếp nối những thành công đó G18Trading vui mừng thông báo trúng gói thầu cung cấp thép xây dựng cho Tổng thầu: Tổng Công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng tại dự án The Manor Lào Cai với khối lượng lên đến trên 2.500 tấn thép các loại. Đây là dự án đô thị cao cấp nhất của tỉnh Lào Cai, với tổng mức đầu tư trên 1.000 tỷ đồng gồm 25 tầng. Trong đó 1 tầng hầm rộng rãi, được thiết kế thông minh. Khối đế từ tầng 1 đến tầng 3 là trung tâm thương mại với nhiều dịch vụ tiện ích như siêu thị, nhà hàng, các cửa hàng thời trang, đồ gia dụng cao cấp, rạp chiếu phim, khu vui chơi… Khối chung cư từ tầng 4 đến tầng 16, bao gồm 259 căn hộ được thiết kế thông minh, ưu tiên ánh sáng tự nhiên.
