QUY TRÌNH SẢN XUẤT CỐP PHA GỖ VÁN PHỦ PHIM G18PLYWOOD

Sản xuất gỗ ván phủ phim là quá trình kỹ thuật phức tạp và bao gồm nhiều bước, tuy nhiên các bước cơ bản để sản xuất gỗ ván phủ phim sau khi chuẩn bị nguyên liệu (định hình và xẻ gỗ với độ dày từ 2-3mm) bao gồm:

  1. Các ván gỗ sau khi được bào cho thật mỏng được mang đi sấy khô và tráng keo sẽ được sắp xếp vuông góc theo hướng vân gỗ của mỗi lớp để quá trình cắt sẽ không bị gãy thớ cũng như tăng tính đàn hồi
  2. Ép nguội:Tấm gỗ ván ép được ép nguội để tạo hình cũng như sự liên kết,
  3. Ép nóng: Ép nóng với nhiệt độ từ 130-180 độ C trong thời gian từ 3 đến 5 phút để kết dính các lớp gỗ lại với nhau
  4. Cắt cạnh gỗ ván để tạo kích thước tiêu chuẩn
  5. Sơn cạnh và bả bề mặt: 4 cạnh của ván ép coppha phủ phim được sơn bằng sơn chịu nước để chống thấm cho sản phẩm và tăng tính chịu nước của ván ép gỗ.
  6. Chà mặt và góc cạnh tạo bề mặt phẳng cho tấm gỗ
  7. Phủ phim lên bề mặt tấm gỗ
  8. Ép nóng tấm gỗ phủ phim: Tạo độ bóng, chịu lực và chịu nước tốt hơn cho gỗ ván phủ phim
  9. Sau khi ép nóng gỗ phủ phim, kiểm đếm và đóng kiện bảo quản chống ẩm, trầy xước trước khi xuất kho
