Công dụng và thông số kỹ thuật của gỗ ván phủ keo

Ván ép phủ keo hay còn gọi ván ép cốp pha chịu nước, ván ép phủ keo … là ván công nghiệp thường được sử dụng trong xây dựng, làm ván đóng sàn cho xe đông lạnh, đóng tủ bếp, ứng dụng lót sàn tàu và thường dùng trong những môi trường có độ ẩm cao.

Tính năng & công dụng của gỗ phủ keo:
– Chịu nhiệt tốt. ván cốp pha phủ keo đỏ không bị nứt lẻ trong điều kiện thông thường không bị mối mọt co ngót.

– Khả năng chịu nước và độ bền uốn cao.

– Nhẹ, dễ sử dụng trong khi tháo dỡ lắp đặt, vệ sinh sau khi sử dụng, chống thất thoát nước trong khi bảo dưỡng bê tông, tái sử dụng nhiều lần, tiết kiệm chi phí và thời gian.

Thông số kỹ thuật ván ép phủ keo:

Kích thước: 1220×2440( mm)
Độ dày: 12-15-18mm (theo yêu cầu)
Dung sai: +-0,5mm
Lõi gỗ: Bạch đàn, bồ đề, keo.
Mặt ván: Bồ đề, dầu, bintagor
Ép nóng 2 lần: Mặt ván phủ keo phenolic.
Sơn chống thấm 4 cạnh.
Keo: Melamine, phenolic,MR
Tỷ trọng: 580-600kg/m3
